Here's a close-up of the shimmer…
Can I say how glad I am that it is Friday?!? Why has this been the looooonngest week! I have a few things on my end going or that happened so maybe that is way. Anyway, the weather is so beautiful so I am hoping to work in the yard and catch up on a few others as well. What do you have planned for your weekend?
The Good Morning Magnolia Bundle continues to be wildly popular. There are so many things you can create especially when the bundle has 16 dies in it and so many great coordinating items. I think my card today is pretty straight forward but let me give you a few details so you can re-create it!
-Card base in Early Espresso is standard 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored and folded at 4-1/4.
-Whisper White card stock layer is 5-1/4 x 4". Stamp and die cut the "Hello" from the center of this layer piece. I used the Stitched Layered dies.
-Pink stripped paper is from the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper and is 3-3/4 x 2-1/2"
-Crumb Cake card stock piece is also 3-3/4 x 2-1/2" and was embossed with the New 3D Scripty Embossing Folder and New 3D Embossing Folder Plate. -I stamped the large magnolia flower on scrap Whisper White Card stock and used my Stampin' Blends for color; just outlining the leaves in Light Mossy Meadow and lightly coloring the magnolia with Petal Pink. I used the coordinating dark Blends for the stem and middle of flower.
-Top is all off with some Clear Wink of Stella over the flower to add beautiful shimmer.
