The background Designer Series paper is the Beautiful Bokeh 6" x 6" DSP found in the New Jan-May Mini Catalog on page 39. It is a part of the Beautiful Bokeh Suite Collection but you can always buy items separately. I've listed the paper item below in my product list used for my above card.
