Lisa Brown, Independent Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator

Hello, and welcome to my blog! Do you have a stamp set that when you look at it, sometimes you only see it being used in one way? Today I am going to share a card project Stampin’ Up! designers shared with us using the Gears & Textures Bundle (really the stamps) on a floral card! Now, if you saw my post the other day, you know how excited I was for a masculine card. If you missed it, be sure to check it out HERE. It’s a great card.

The card base is Very Vanilla with a layer of Very Vanilla on top. That top layer you can make 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″ or 4″ x 5-1/4″. Randomly stamp the grunge images in Pretty In Pink, Gray Granite, Timid Tiger. The sprigs are stamped in Shaded Spruce. Adhere this piece to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Die cut a label die and add to card front with dimensionals as well. The leaf stalk is stamped in Shy Shamrock ink on white card stock and die cut with the Beautifully Celebrated dies.

You can either use a scrap piece of Bubble Bath card stock or use basic white and color it with Bubble Bath ink. Then using VersaMark, stamp your words. Cover with white embossing powder and heat emboss. Add to card front along with a simple baker’s twine bow and embellishments.
