Reserve Split Card

Hello, and welcome to Creative card closet. My name is Lisa Brown and I’m glad you stopped by. I have a reserve split card to show you today featuring the Velvet Meadow Suite Collection. And a little shimmer with the 2026 2028 In Color Pearlized Specialty Paper.

This is a easy way to create a card with a little bit of interest, and to show off a bit of the beautiful Velvet Meadow Specialty Designer Series Paper.

Bubble Bath CS: 5-1/2 x 5-1/2 scored at 1″ and a piece that’s 4 x 4
Berry Burst CS: 3-3/4 x 3
Basic White: 3-1/2 x 4
Pearlized DSP: 3-5/8 x 2-7/8 embossed with Hearts of Love 3D embossing folder
Meadow DSP:
- 2 pieces @ 3/4 x 4 (side panels – watch direction of print)
- 1 piece @ 5-1/4 x 3/4 (across top – again, watch direction of print)
- 1 piece @ 2-1/4 x 1-1/2 for the label

Take the 4×4 piece of Bubble Bath at adhere to the 1″ scored flap of the card base. Then layer with the Berry Burst and Pearlized DSP

The White leaves are die cut from the Velveteen Specialty paper included in the suite. The green leaves are die cut from the Pearlized specialty paper.

Add dimensionals to the label and tuck the leaves behind it. Add some Dreamy Flowers embellishments as your florals. Cute! I love this card and I hope you do too.
