Life is Beautiful… what a great name for a stamp set. I think it is quiet a fitting reminder for today, well, really for this year. I feel we need to be reminded during these trying time that life is beautiful, we just need to see it.
I just love this card and all the colors. I participated in a Team card challenge and this submission was made by a fellow Demonstrator, Mary Ann Rositer. I love how she lets the Pretty Peacock card base remain as much a part of the focal color as the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper. Very nice job.
Now, because I only receive a photo of all the card challenge submissions, I do not have the card in front of me. I am going to take a guess at the basic sizes of what she cut.
- Pretty Peacock card base is 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 scored at 4-1/4 on the long side.
- DSP 3 x 4
- Gold Foil 3-1/8 x 4-1/8
- Whisper White for tree, 3-3/4 x 2-1/2
- Pretty Peacock CS mat, 3-7/8 x 2-3/8
- then you need Whisper White piece for the words and label die
