I'd be crazy if I did not share this opportunity before the special goes away on June 30, 2020. I would like to share some thoughts and let you know what being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator has meant to me.
When I signed up, I remember thinking to myself, oh man… what did I just do? I had resisted signing up for several years. My cousin introduced me to Stampin' Up! and it was love at first sight. Ha! Ha! I even remember the card we made at her in-home party. Black card stock, a big butterfly heat embossed and then bleached out with a Q-tip. My mom was there too, and she said, "Oh, this is right up your ally". Yep! I was hooked.
So why did it take me some time to become a Demonstrator? Well, partly to my defense, I was finishing my Bachelors Degree. So one day (exactly 2 months and 7 days) after completion of my degree, I went for it! I signed up to be a Demonstrator and that was almost 10 years ago.
What I love about being a Demonstrator:
I have had almost 10 years of building a small business for myself! Almost 10 years of being able to buy quality craft supplies at a discount… Yes, this is a great perk but what I'm about to tell you is the best perk of all. Although, let me just say, there are many more, such as the fabulous product, product coordination, getting the latest and greatest, being able to set my own schedule, option to be a hobby demo if you want…. BUT do you know what my BIGGEST PERK is?
YOU!!!!!
The connections I have made, the friendships I have gained, and the fellowship of hundreds of crafters just like me. It has been amazing and is still amazing.
I still love when a new catalog is announced and Demos get first look…
I still love the anticipation of being able to order product before customers..
I still love sharing…
Sharing what I have passion for, Sharing what I love
