It's summertime! 

Doesn't it seem like we wait, and wait, and wait some more, for summer to come every year.  Then we jam our weekends with "Wonderful Moments" trying to take advantage of the sunshine and warm  temperatures.  It is the season for parties, cookouts, graduations and….Weddings!  Which I happen to have one of those coming up.  I have not been to a wedding in almost two years when my brother got married. 

From a wedding shower, to the wedding and starting a family, this 20 piece photopolymer stamp set called "Wonderful Moments"  covers it all and is going to be staple in my stamp room for a long time.  I love the hand-drawn dimensional images.  They are so simple and elegant, I hope you like them too. I stamped on Shimmery White card stock and used my Watercolor Pencils to softly shade her dress and hair and the white background to a very pale blue.  Stampin' Up! Aqua Painters work great to spread the color.  I used the smaller brush tip Aqua Painter as I did not want a lot of water.

And in case you are wondering, the background of my card was dry embossed using the Ruffled embossing folder and accented with Whisper White Sheet 1/8" ribbon.
