So I finally received my much anticipated shipment from Stampin' Up! And in that box, my much anticipated product suite, Peony Garden. It is gorgeous. Very elegant and I would say, has muted colors in the Designer Series Paper, Peony Garden DSP. You HAVE to see it!!! I am so excited to start playing with the entire suite.
Today's project is part of my SAVI Sunday Video Series. I wanted to show how you can take a simple, one-layered card, and step it up to add a little drama, detail, or… well, I guess dimension is the word I am looking for. I love the simplicity of it and the Peony flower is so pretty and detailed.

Card Base: Magenta Madness cut 8-1/2 x 5-1/2
Whisper White: Cut 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
I stamped the flower and words in Memento Black Ink.
Used my Blender Pen with Magenta Madness and Mossy Meadow inks to color.
Then I cut a frame out using 2 of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and pieced the frame back to the card with Dimensionals.
