Continue reading →: We BEE Stamping Blog Hop Blending Technique
Welcome to our February Team Blog Hop featuring Blending Techniques! Did you know Stampin’ Up! has several different tools and products to create blended images and backgrounds? You can find these on pages 128-129 in the Annual Catalog. I have chosen to show how I used our Blending Brushes to create a blended ombre background and our Stampin’ Blend alcohol markers to color the flowers and leaves of my project: Using a blending brush and Melon Mambo ink pad, brush on ink to a 4-1/8 x 5-3/8 piece of Basic White card stock. Apply more pressure to the blending brush…

Un-Inked, Ink Spots and Ink Refills, create unique color combinations and two-tone ink pads to create those unique backgrounds. Or even to make two-tone images. Creating your two-toned Ink Spots: using Pretty In Pink and Daffodil Delight ink refills, ink half of your Stampin’ Spot with one color and the other half with the second color. Make sure to put just enough ink so you can see it start to soak through the side of the pad.…

Welcome to Creative Card Closet. This Simply The Best card is made with items from the Lovely & Beautiful Suite collection. Hi, I’m Lisa Brown, and I love sharing projects made with Stampin’ Up! products. Here’s an easy card made in a snap. Literally, so easy to recreate and duplicate! I did add the textured background by embossing a piece of Basic White card stock that is 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8″ with the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder. I cut 3 strips of the Lovely & Beautiful Designer Series Paper from the suite to 1-1/4″ x 3-1/2″ and adhering them randomly on…
